The house and its exteriors
The House
The house, with an area of around 900 m², can accommodate up to a maximum of 22 people. There is enough space to meet up with family or friends.
The house is quiet and secluded, surrounded by woods, beautiful lawns and vineyards.
The house includes many living rooms, 5 kitchens with dishwashers, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a caretaker on site at the entrance of the property.

There are 10 bedrooms (sleeps 22 in total) and 10 bathrooms

2 children's bedrooms with single and bunk beds that can accommodate 4 and 2 children respectively

and finally, an adorable studio with a large double bed, a kitchen and lounge area, a bathroom and toilet.

The garden
​The magnificent park around the bastide is fenced and has an electric gate.
The garden includes a large swimming pool, a tennis court, large lawns, pretty flowerbeds, copses,... Large plane trees form a shaded kiosk.
Many terraces surround the house, very pleasant for an aperitif. In addition, a summer kitchen is available to you near the swimming pool.
The garden is completely safe for children and the swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and surrounded by a low wall.
